Mailcom Plc was founded in early November 2003, with the vision of becoming one of the UK's largest integrated customer management groups. In 2004 the business was launched in a new 55,000 sq ft facility situated in Boldon Business Park, Tyne & Wear. Offering a new breed of outsourcing specialist, Mailcom Plc created a wide range of support services embracing the sectors of mailing, billing, data management and contact centre. The emphasis, to create value, find, win, retain and grow customers, all designed to ensure their customers received the very best experience from their brand. The Mailcom Plc approach is based on an understanding of the client business in order to identify and implement significant cost savings through outsourced solutions. The business has grown with that of its client base. Initially larger customers used the more traditional outsourcing aspects, but quickly recognised our abilities to extend across a much larger range of multi-channelled support services.
