  2. Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. 
  3. Using the Tyne Tees Jobs CV database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees for specific live jobs including, but not limited to, using the information in the CV database to sell or promote any products or services or to source people to join a franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. 
  4. Posting any jobs for any competitor of Tyne Tees Jobs or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with Tyne Tees Jobs. 
  5. Posting jobs or content that contains hyperlinks, “hidden” keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading. 
  6. Advertising jobs in any manner other than through Tyne Tees Jobs Job Postings, such as advertising jobs through public venues on the Website, including message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms. 
  7. Contacting jobseekers through any public venue other than CV views, including contacting Jobseekers through message boards, forums, contests and chat rooms 
  8. Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity. 
  9. Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any Tyne Tees Jobs Site or any activity being conducted on this Web Site. 
  10. Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any Tyne Tees Jobs Site's infrastructure. 
  11. If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose. 
  12. Registration Information

You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your user Account, and that if you cancel your user Account, all your account information from Tyne Tees Jobs, including CVs, Profiles, cover letters, network contacts, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in Tyne Tees Jobs databases and will be removed from any public area of the Tyne Tees Jobs Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Tyne Tees Jobs web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.

User Submissions

As a user, you are responsible for your user account information, employer account information or job postings, content (including, without limitation, works in any form, media or technology whether now known or later developed), messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations or other information (“User Content”) that You post on the Web Site or transmit to other Users. You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using the Tyne Tees Jobs Sites that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to Tyne Tees Jobs that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms.

  13. Provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms including, without limitation, making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy or pirating any media; and 
  14. Solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users.

Tyne Tees Jobs does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

Tyne Tees Jobs acts as a passive conduct for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, Tyne Tees Jobs may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. Tyne Tees Jobs has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Policy Regarding Termination for repetition of Copyright Or Other Intellectual Property Rights of Others

Invoicing

Where agreed and subject to satisfactory credit check(s) Tyne Tees Jobs may offer the option to use our service(s) on an invoiced basis, this basis will be subject to the following terms and conditions;

  • Tyne Tees Jobs reserves the right to charge interest on invoiced amounts unpaid for more than 7 days at the rate of 8% per annum above the base rate from time to time of Natwest Bank from the due date until the date of actual payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, plus any costs of debt recovery including commissions paid to debt collectors, legal fees and court costs.
